The Sound Mind Sessions

  • Ipade 1734 20th Street Northwest Washington, DC, 20009 United States (map)

Attendees will be led through a short writing activity allowing them to set intentions for their well-being experience (physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual). This will be followed by a sound bath to help “seal” and give life to the intention through guided meditation.

Jess Gray intuitively uses multiple instruments including crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums and bells to create a space that invites each guest to relax and be present. Each sound is played with intention to guide you into a restful, meditative state where rejuvenation and healing can begin.

Doors open at 6:15pm. Session begins at 6:30 pm.

*Please note: Our mission is to create access to holistic wellness for historically underrepresented communities. While we will never deny anyone access to our gatherings, this series creates space for those who identify as BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and people of color).
