In this 60-minute workshop, we'll learn how to identify early signs of stress, apply coping techniques, and even use stress to our advantage. We'll round out our time together with a gentle, seated movement practice and grounding meditation.

It’s no surprise that we as Black and brown people experience a different level of stress, so I created this space specifically for us to normalize self and collective care, while learning how to manage our stress in more holistic and mindful ways.

With 15 years of experience in the wellness industry, I tap into my background in physiology, psychology, and mindfulness to create offerings that soothe the nervous system, relax the mind, and help you to feel more chill and at ease.
