Each session centers a specific theme to gently release hyperactivity in the nervous system, allowing you to fully arrive at a more balanced and relaxed state. With session building upon the last, this series intentionally blends:

  • Pranayama (breathing techniques) to calm your mind and encourage internal energy flow

  • Yin yoga to passively release tension harbored in muscles and deeper connective tissues

  • Restorative yoga to nurture your body and comfort your nervous system through a series of supported floor postures

With a focus on compassionate self-awareness, ease, and release, this series is an opportunity to slow down and rest deeply in a way that is nourishing and accessible.
