Our sold-out partner yoga + sound bath experience has returned! Grab a partner (a lover, friend, family member, etc.) and join us for a fun afternoon of connection and relaxation.
You and your partner will be led through a soothing meditation and breathwork session to establish a shared intention. You’ll then be guided through a series of partner yoga poses to encourage trust, playfulness and communication. The afternoon concludes with a sound bath meditation to warm the heart space and invite deep relaxation in body, mind, and spirit.
This will be a space to bond through the healing power of touch, laughter and attunement. No prior yoga or experience or flexibility is required.
Extra goodies: Hang out and connect after class over vegan bites prepared by chef Saskia Sams-Yeboah and mimosas (non-alcoholic bevs also available).
